Recruiter on leave
Summary:
An employee, who is the default recruiter in the requisition templates, is on leave. Most of the time, the recruiter is not updated when creating a requisition using the template. As such, the recruitment team had to check if there are new requisitions with her name.
To prevent this from happening, I am thinking of just updating the recruiter in the requisition template. This means that the requisition template has to be updated again when the employee is back.
Is there a more automated way to do this? Deactivating the user account will not work because it is looking for the employee record. The employee is still active as we don't capture long leaves in the system yet.
