Inquiry on API/Web Service for Project-to-Project Inventory Transfer or Alternative Solution

Hi, Experts.

We would like to inquire whether there is any REST API or SOAP web service available in Oracle Fusion to perform Project Transfer Inventory (Project to Project Common)?

Currently, we have a business requirement to transfer a large number of inventory items that were initially received under a Project (project-specific inventory) into Common. Performing this process manually is time-consuming and inefficient due to the volume of items involved.

If such API/web service is not available, is there any standard interface, FBDI, or supported automation approach to perform this process in bulk?

Is there any recommended best practice to ensure that inventory received from project procurement can directly be recorded under project common, instead of project-specific inventory?
