In supply planning, production plan not picking available item stock for production plan output

Summary: I am running a scenario where I run a production plan in constraint mode. I have an item with 50units of available on hand stock. I have 2 base raw materials which produces a mid level item. This mid level item is used to produce our final 2 output items. The production plan is not picking up the available stock.

I have run 3 version where each of the 3 items have been assigned 50 stock on hand and in all 3 cases the production plan does not pick up said stock.

The below item is the mid level item that is used to produce final 2 items.
