Automatically sharing candidates with Hiring Managers

I'd like to find out if we can automatically send applications for specific requisitions straight to the hiring manager. I was thinking something like the ACE Alerts emails but this would need to have the CV attachment included.

Another possibility is creating a task?

We have a scenario where, for some requisitions, we're forwarding all applications that are refered by agents onto the hiring manager and would like to automate this.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great, thanks
