Can we collect unplanned items into Planning Central?

Summary:

Our client has unplanned items (Item —> Specifications —> Planning —> Planning Method = None), however, we still want to collect these items into Planning Central to establish Sourcing rules and Assignment Set records for these items.

We have a need to raise Internal Requisitions and display source orgs (when source type is Inventory on the Create Requisition screen) and for that we need to configure Sourcing rules.

Is there a way to accomplish this?
