Access Certification - Restrict certifier from certifying their own access

We are currently working in User Access certification. We have a requirement where the certifier should not be able to certify their own access, even if they are part of the certification scope.

Could you please confirm is there any std functionality available to restrict certifiers from certifying their own access ? If not what would be the recommended approach or best practice to handle this scenario
