Feasibility of SCORM/AICC Assessment Data Extraction for MIS Reporting in Oracle Learning Cloud

As we know, SCORM, AICC, and HACP learning contents are delivered as packaged files. These packages often include assessments, evaluations, objective-based checklists, and questionnaires.
Our requirement is to retrieve assessment outcomes and learner interaction data from these packages and consolidate them into MIS reports—covering learner course status, completion, attempts, scores, and effort-related metrics.
Please let us know if there are any standard tools, reports, or feasible approaches within Oracle Fusion HCM Learning (Oracle Learning Cloud) to evaluate and enable this capability.
