Add checkbox in Forms

Hello,

We have a Card where Departments can put their requests in and they get approved or denied and gets moved in different tabs. I want to add checkboxes next to the Request number so the management can easily approve multiple at once instead of having to click each one and most of the time we would have over 200 requests. Thank you
