Retrieve the URL from the application

Summary:

When executing business rules in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning I would like to retrieve the URL of the current application.

Is there any function allowing the retrieval of the URL via groovy, epm automate, REST API, etc.?

PS: I have two applications: Amsterdam and Frankfurt - among other reasons - I would like the executing BR to also print the location / application URL.
