Can we export parts database from CPQ to any other external system

Currently we have Salesforce as a master and run Import Parts integration in CPQ.

Can we export parts database from CPQ to any other external system? Right now I don't see any option to do that using Bulk uploads.

Do not want to use Rest APIs.

Let us know if anyone has any suggestions or do we need to raise an Idea request.
