How do I make a smart action open a form in a modal instead of redirecting to a different page?

Content:I created a smart action on the contact list page that creates a Service Request. Currently, when the action is triggered, it redirects to a different page to display the Service Request form. I would like this form to appear in a modal or dialog box instead of a full page redirect, keeping the user on the contact list page.
