Can we add email address as a filter on job application page in ORC?

Hi,

We would like to know if it is possible to add an email address as a filter on the Job Application page. Currently, while reviewing job applications, there is no direct filter available to search or narrow down candidates using their email address. This makes it challenging to quickly locate specific candidate records, especially when dealing with a large volume of applications.
