Picking Rule based on Lot Quantity

Hello, we have the following scenario:

Oracle's standard lot management logic is problematic given our business constraints. After several tests, we have noted that during the picking process for a lot-controlled item, the system automatically assigns lots based on the FIFO method (selecting the oldest stock first).

However, this principle is problematic for several reasons. For our construction site logistics, we should not issue the oldest lot, but rather the lot best suited to the specific request. The logistics team's role is to match the lot to the actual need.

Example: I have 3 lots in stock: 50m (oldest), 70m (2nd oldest), and 120m (newest). A technician requests 100m of cable for a site. Currently, the system automatically allocates the oldest lots:
