26A - Ability to Expand Payroll Region by Default in Employment Processes is not working

Summary:

"Payroll Region " is enabled for certain processes like "change assignment" is enabled as per below in VBS after 26A Upgrade.

But while performing this acion, "Payroll" tab is not getting expanded by default.
