Unconstrained: Is automatic release of transfer recommendations supported for on-hand?

Summary:

I am currently testing attribute-based transfer recommendation.

My question is: Is it possible to automatically release transfer recommendations for on-hand inventory?

When I tested this, the plan ended with an error during Release Planning Recommendations as shown below:

Use Case:

The customer uses netting rules to net supply and demand across different project numbers.

For example, component on-hand under PJ#200 can be used for a make planned order under PJ#100.
