How to create time dimension calendar in supply planning

Hi,

How to create time dimension in supply planning calendar ? (like my screenshotted below)

We want to make aggregate time day-week-period to analyze the material plan table. Can this be achieved using hybrid time level (we don't use demand management) ? I tried to upload user defined hierarchy but turns out it cannot be use in time dimension. Anybody knows ? or is it the only way to load calendar from FBDI files ?
