Error while submitting ADFDI Foreign Currency Journal when entering Accounted Amounts (GL-781300)

While entering a Foreign Currency Journal through ADFDI, I added Entered Amount, Conversion Date, Conversion Rate Type (User), Conversion Rate & Accounted Amounts.
However, I am getting the below error while submitting the journal :

You don't have the privilege to override accounted amounts in journals. (GL-781300)

In this case, there is no sense of having "Accounted Debits" & "Accounted Credits" columns in ADFDI sheet, if we are not able to use the same.

Can someone please clarify how to force amounts in Accounted Amounts rather than having to update the rate.
