"ORA-56735: elapsed time limit exceeded - call aborted"

We are facing this error message while accessing invoices that require validation and have been imported through spreadsheet.
"Critical: message: "ORA-56735: elapsed time limit exceeded - call aborted".

Additionally, the import invoice process takes forever. and we get time out error.


Can someone please help with some insights and resolution.
