User based Access Certification

Hi,

Is there a way to perform certification at a user level instead of a purely role based approach?Currently there are few challenges,

1. During scoping/finalization, we only see role level information and not the users holding those roles except for the user count. This makes it difficult to:

Exclude certifiers from their own certification scope and Assign an alternate certifier (eg: manager/CFO) for those users.

1. Also another challenge is If a single holds multiple roles, only the role selected for the campaign is certified
2. Example:

If User A has both AP Accounts Manager and GL Manager roles
