Is it possible to associate supplier calendar to suggested dock date.

We have a supplier who usually delivers to us on Thursdays,

suggested dock date = requested delivery date on purchase orders

Example: We have a supplier who delivers only on Thursdays. So we need suggested dock date to be on Thursdays (not for the entire organization, just for this supplier). Is there a way to make this happen?
