How can an employee access the incident they have already reported?
Can a user/employee revisit an incident they created (e.g., to review what they reported or see whether others have responded)?
We have enabled the profile value that allows this (ORA_HNS_ALLOW_ACCESS_BY_INCIDENT_REPORTER_AND_LOGGEDIN_USER), but we are still not able to understand how an employee that does not have the EHS Manager role nor access to My Client Groups, can access the incident they created?
