DFF not found in Create journal spreadsheet

Summary:

I have created two Global Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) segments on the Journal page . They work perfectly on the UI page, but the columns are not appearing in the standard "Create Journal in Spreadsheet"

Confirmed DFF Setup:

• Both segments are configured as Global Segments.
• The "BI Enabled" checkbox is checked for both segments.
• The DFF status shows as DEPLOYED.

So how to fix this?
