We have created one alternative hierarchy in FCCS. when we are trying to generate the reports in EPRCS, EPRCS is showing the shared members under the alternative hierarchy, but the parents created for alternative hierarchy is not visible.

After creating new hierarchy in FCCS, we have done the DB refresh. Also, in EPRCS, we have done the data sources refresh and check the connection is proper.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable): Both FCCS and EPRCS are updated with latest May26 updates.
