ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS is going into retry

in Product Management

Trying to run "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with parameter "fa-fscm-item". Program is going into "Retry" status. We are in 26A. We have defined multiple items. Only one Item is showing up in Self-Service Procurement/Purchas Order UI. All these are Inventory Items. We copied and created one item from the item that shows up. However copied item are not appearing in the list. Any pointers? Thanks
