Collaborators can not be added in job requisitions

Summary:

Hi,

We are facing an issue after 26 A, when Regional Admins are creating requisitions. The req is submitting successfully and visible to recruiters for approval, however, collaborator names that RAs enter during req creation are not saving. As a result, recruiters are having to go back into the req to manually add the missing information.

We have checked that collaborator have delegate role but they are still not getting saved in req by hiring managers. Appreciate any input.
