Access Violations within a Single Role [Intra-Role] Report not syncing results

I first ran the controls > Ran "Access Violations within a Single Role [Intra-Role] Report" > Identified the conflcting privilges > Removed the privileges > Ran Secuirity Synchronization > Re-Ran the conflcting Controls > Ran Report Synchronization > Ran and Downloaded "Access Violations within a Single Role [Intra-Role] Report"

The results are not getting updated in the report, however the results are updated at the control level.

Please advise on how to sync these results with the report.
