Update User person type using HDL

Summary:

I have created "Trainees (Paid)" user person type under the category of "Contingent Worker". Now i have to update the same to few staff whose job name is trainee. Here system person type : Contingent Worker and User person type should be "Trainees (Paid)"

Can you advise the HDL or spreadsheet loader. ?
