When an agent creates Help Desk Request, the source is blank in OTBI Report

Hi Folks,

During testing, I observed that when an agent creates a Help Desk request from the HR Help Desk Request page, the Source field is not getting populated in the OTBI report, even though the request is created successfully.

However, when the request is created via MyHelp or through Email, the Source is populated correctly in the OTBI report.

Could anyone help clarify the reason behind the missing Source value for agent-created requests?
