OIC Cost Analysis Data Inconsistency

Sudden Cost raise in OIC services

hi team,

we've noticed a very high raise in OIC service cost in the last days starting from 27-Apr.

from "Cost Analysis" screen, it shows integration service costs around 60$/day till 26Apr, and around 1.2K$/day since 27Apr (see screenshot 1).

but from "Metrics Explorer" screen applied for "oci_integration" as namespace and "BilledMessageCount" as metric name , it doesn't show the same raise pattern on consumed messages for the aggregate metric streams, and shows almost the same values during 20Apr till 1May (see screenshot 2).

so, is this a data inconsistency, and oracle is billing the consumption hugely later than actually consumed, or there is a misunderstanding in using/analyzing metrics explorer data?
