Lease Schedule as per the Required Calculations

Summary: We are planning to Implement Lease Accounting Module. Currently our Leases are maintained in excel Spreadsheet.

We have done the required setups and created a Lease. But noted that the Lease Schedule generated by Oracle is not matching to the values we are maintaining in Excel.

I have attached the lease schedule we are maintaining internally to this thread.

The Lease Start Date is 09/Jan/2024, Lease End Date 30/Aug/2027, number of Periods 36, Monthly amount 850000, Discount Rate 6.5%.

I have created a lease with the above dates and discount rate Index and Proration Method as Days/Month, Interest Calculation Method as Daily Cumulative.
