Is it possible to have a Two-Way Integration in Qualification?

Hello Oracle experts. There is a requirement to have an inbound and outbound integration when we received responses and supporting documents from the answered questionnaires submitted by the vendors. These are security compliance like ISO certification documents, etc. Is it possible to integrate this from Oracle to Service Now (SNOW) and vice versa incase SNOW needs to integrate files in Oracle? Do we have APIs available in SQM to cater this integration?
