We are currently experiencing an issue after releasing a planned order for a Buy item in Planning.

Post release, we are observing unexpected behavior e.g., purchase requisition not created and throwing a message which had shown in the screenshot.
we have created Sourcing Rule and Assignment sets for this item.

Could anyone please help with:

• Possible reasons for this issue
• Any configuration checks or troubleshooting steps to be performed.

Any guidance or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
