After our IAM upgrade we are encountering stranger things, and it is varying. Appreciate if anyone encountered this issue and got it fixed or have an idea on these strange things please advice - Thank you.

—One of our user can login to the application with SSO and when trying to go to Report & Analytics getting the below message and when clicked on Here it is taking for Password reset and in parallel the a/c is getting locked in security console.
