Best Practices to Maintain AI Agent Configuration Workbooks

Summary:

We are about to enter an Implementation Project for our Client. The Major chunk of Implementations is based around AI Agents Configuration.

This would be our first of a kind project. Need little advice on how to maintain the Configuration Workbooks (CWB) for such Implementation Projects, Which Fields would be important to track etc.

If someone has previously or currently followed any CWB format to maintain the Status and Configuration Details, please share the template and helpful guidelines or resources with us. It would really help.
