how to reschedule "Access certification synchronization" in oracle risk management

Hi, We understand that when we initiate an access certification, it automatically triggers the "Access certification synchronization" job to run once a day automatically with the id of the person who has initiated the certification.

Given the above scenario, we wanted to know how to Reschedule this automatically triggered "Access certification synchronization" with an another user/service account. Could you please let us know if you have any insight on this requirement. Thanks.
