I would like check how LinkedIn Direct Apply / Easy Apply integration handles duplicate person records in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

A candidate (former employee) applied for a role via LinkedIn Easy Apply. The application was blocked and never landed in Oracle Recruiting as a candidate record. The block appears to have happened at the point Oracle tried to create a new person record from the inbound LinkedIn application, as the candidate's personal email already existed on a former employee record in Core HR. The application never entered the Candidate Selection Process and therefore none of the configured duplicate check actions within the CSP were triggered.
