Redwood Contract List doesnt show all contracts. Classic UI Shows all contracts

Summary:

we have 2 Users assigned with standard oracle roles and Custom roles

Both users were assigned to a contract organization which has access to all BU's

Now both users are able to see all contracts in manage contracts from classic UI

But both users are not able to see any contracts in Redwood Contracts..only those which are created in redwood create contracts are only been viewed
