Dismiss button not displaying for FYI Requisition Approved notifications

We've noticed that for FYI Notifications for Approved requisitions, we are not seeing the 'Dismiss' button. When clicking into the In-App BPM notification, the only actions that we have is to Withdraw or Save.

This notification is sent to requesters, however it seems like they are not able to dismiss it, so it stays visible until they clear on their own after an unspecified amount of days.

Is there a way to provide requesters the 'Dismiss' button for these Requisition Approved FYI notifications?
