Summary:

I am trying configure and test an OCI "X.509 Identity Provider" as described at "https://www.ateam-oracle.com/how-to-set-up-x509-authentication-at-oci-iam-identity-domains".

a) I am NOT getting a cert popup, and instead

b) I am immediately getting an "internal_server_error" page.
