How to default submit for approval after schedules are updated option on mass editing delivery date

Summary:

We are using the new 26B Redwood feature to mass edit Promised Delivery date across POs. However, we need a way to default Submit for approval after schedules are updated option as checked so that Change order are automatically submitted for approval.

I tried editing the redwood page in Visual builder but I don't see this field at all. Is there a way to do default this checkbox?
