P60 2025-26 Duplicate in Document Records

Summary: For FY 2025-26 we are encountering an issue where 2 P60 copies are appearing within the Document Records for anyone requiring a Printed P60 copy. It seems that a copy in the DOR is being generated by both of the following flows:-

  • Run End of Year P60 Report
  • Run End of Year P60 Selective Print

When the flows are subsequently rolled back, the P60 generated by the Selective Print remains in the DOR even though the flow shows as a 'Corrected Process'. We do have an open SR investigating this, but time is rapidly running out for us to resolve this and produce the Live P60's for our employees.
