Description and Justification now appearing on requisition summary

Summary:

The Description and Justification fields are showing on the Requisition Header when we open the cart.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Since 26B when we click on View Cart the requisition summary at the top of the page is now showing the two fields.
this was not showing prior.

is this the result of an update. Do I need to USE VB to hide them.
