ORA_WLF_ASSIGNEE_SELECT_TYPE common lookup values Inconsistent between instances

Hello,

We noticed that that although our instances are in exact same version in 26A, we see these 2 values - ORA_DIRECTS & ORA_ORGANIZATION presented in common lookup values ORA_WLF_ASSIGNEE_SELECT_TYPE in one instance, but not the other instances.

Does any see similar issue or know why this happens?

and because of that, we cannot remove direct and organization in assignee selection type through common lookup (it does not allow edit) or VBS (as VBS does not have option to hide direct and organization), any workaround for that?
