After resolving the Move to HR error, how can proceed again

I would like to seek some advice on the following case:

If our recruiter encounters an error during the "Move to HR" step, once the error is resolved, what action should we take under "Manage Job Offer" to proceed with the "Move to HR" process?

"Add Pending Worker"? As I found that the "Add Pending Worker" will require manual Create Work Relationship instead of auto process…

Additionally, if we have set up a journey that triggers at the "Move to HR" point, will the journey still be triggered after the process is resumed?
