Terms Template - First Responder Wins

in Enterprise Contracts

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have a requirement to enable a parallel “first responder wins” approval mechanism for Terms Template approval. However, we could not find any seeded worklist option that supports this behavior. Based on the current configuration (as shown in the screenshot), only Serial Approval is available.


For some other tasks, there is an option to convert the approval flow to parallel (as shown in the screenshot). However, this option does not appear to be available for Terms Template approval.

Could anyone please advise if there is any way to achieve this requirement using existing configurations, or if a customization/workaround is needed?
