Upload tab not showing on Business Object Editor in Oracle Visual Builder Add-In for Excel

Summary:

I am using Oracle Visual Builder Add-In for Excel version 4.8 to bulk update/create some values in a value set. I am trying to disable multi-row request for upload (as described here: upload-changes-using-batch-requests.html), but cannot find the Upload tab.

Is there a way to enable this tab?
