Background Image Not Displayed in Outlook Desktop

Hello Team,

I worked on an OIC integration that sends email notifications using HTML code, where the email background is set as an image.

However, when the email is received in Outlook Desktop, the background image does not appear, while it displays correctly in both the mobile application and Outlook Web.

I tried multiple methods to host the image, including FTP, SharePoint Server, and GitHub Server, but the issue still persists and has not been resolved.

Could anyone please advise if there is a compatible solution or recommended approach for displaying background images in Outlook Desktop?
