unable to convert the xml fields into spanish in the rtf template

we have a requirement to display both English and spanish languages in a single offer letter, but in the rtf template we are unable to convert them.is there a way to populate the xml fields into spanish in the rtf template or are there any tables we could use to display them in the query level?
