Reoder elements inside Netpay Section in SOE

Summary:

My client requirement is to control the elements sequence inside the "Netpay" tab after pressing the hyperlink in the following path: N > My client group > Payroll > Person Results > Choose person > choose period > statement of earning > Netpay

Actually there were some articles says just control by using processing priority options in element level but this solution didn't give any result

The required is to control the element sequence to be Basic Salary, Housing Allowance and then Transportation etc..
