Line manager should not be able to see his grade but he should be able to see for his reports.

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement related to role-based visibility in Employment Info.

Requirement:

• If a user has the Line Manager role and tries to view their own Employment Info, the Grade field should be hidden.
• However, when the same Line Manager views the Employment Info of their direct reports/team members, the Grade field should be visible.

Could you please suggest the best approach to achieve this?

• Is this possible through Page Composer / EL Expression / Sandbox customization / Security configuration?
• Has anyone implemented a similar self vs. others visibility condition?

Any guidance or sample approach would be appreciated.
